Honorargestaltung

Individual fee agreement: based on the work required and number of positions sought, the fee is between 20 and 30 percent of the defined annual salary.

Payment in three installments:

  1. Invoicing at project start
  2. Invoicing after sending suitable applications and after the first successful interviews
  3. Invoicing after signature of the employment contract

Our promise: Warranty period of 9 months.
